LIU Yuefeng received his B.S. degree in electronics science and technology and Ph.D. degree in microelectronics and solid state electronics from the College of Electronic Science and Engineering, Jilin University, Changchun, China, in 2008 and 2014, respectively. In 2014, he joined Jilin University, where he is currently an associate professor at the College of Electronic Science and Engineering and State Key Laboratory on Integrated Optoelectronics. He was a postdoc in NTU (Nanyang Technological University) in 2015 and in UIUC (University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign) from Dec. 2016 to Dec. 2018. His research interest includes optoelectronic devices, femtosecond laser fabrication of micro-nanostrutures, 3D nano- and mesoscale architectures which lead to emergence of new optical and optoelectronic functionality. He has published nearly 50 SCI retrieval papers in international journals with more than 1300 SCI citations and H-index: 24.
